Welcome to Tamarind Villa, situated on Windward Ridge, Cap Estate with magnificent views from the Atlantic to Caribbean coast. The house has been carefully designed in the best tradition of Caribbean architecture to benefit from the Atlantic breezes with high ceilings, wooden louvres, ceiling fans, and lattice spaces which all provide for air circulation throughout the house.

The house is well furnished and decorated with art work and is built to include the best of traditional Caribbean design: three en suite double bedrooms and a spacious dining/living area open through wooden louvered doors onto an unusually wide wooden deck. The plan of the house gives deck privacy to each of the main bedrooms. One bedroom has a kingsize bed and the other two each have two single beds, which can also be made up as a king. Each bed has a mosquito net.

The sitting/dining room has been recently redecorated with bright, tropical colours. There is a TV connected to cablevision, and a music centre. Adjoining the sitting room is a well appointed kitchen, complete with dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave. Plus a separate laundry room and facilities for the staff.

A wooden patio runs the whole length of the house and leads directly to the pool terrace and swimming pool. An acre of beautifully landscaped garden gives seclusion to the swimming pool and to outdoor living.

An 18 hole championship golf course is within a few minutes drive from the villa; as are two safe bathing beaches of Smugglers Cove and Anse du Cap. The numerous shops and restaurants situated in Rodney Bay are about a 10 minute drive away.
