Peponi is a pretty villa situated in an acre of gently sloping, fenced garden on Saline Point, Cap Estate with good views of the Estate and the Caribbean Sea. The villa is only a 10 15 minute walk from Anse du Cap beach.

The main house in built on a split level with two, air conditioned double bedrooms. Bedroom I has a king size bed and an additional ceiling fan with an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom II also has a ceiling fan and two single beds and an ensuite shower room.

There is a sitting room with cablevision TV and a stereo CD/radio/cassette player. There is a small kitchen with adjacent dining area for 4 persons and dining patio.

The Flamboyant Cottage is separated from the main house by a spacious patio for sun lovers but also with umbrellas and retractable roller blinds that provide adequate shade. There is also a small swimming pool.

This cottage has a separate dining room which can seat 8 persons and a fully equipped kitchen and an air conditioned double bedroom with ceiling fan. This bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite shower room.

The Allamanda Cottage is situated a little distance from the main house and is built in a typical Caribbean cottage style and painted in bright tropical colours. This cottage has a wooden patio and an air conditioned bedroom with a Queen size double bed and a small fridge. There is an ensuite shower room.

The garden is large and fully planted. There are many relaxing corners to relax and enjoy the garden, such as the gazebo and bench situated under the trees.

This is a comfortable, well appointed villa that is ideal for couples or for a family holiday.
