Oasis Places Booking Procedures

Please use the Search tool to find the villa that you would like to rent. If you are still not sure which Island or Villa would suit - please, contact us. Once we have an understanding of what you are looking for we will be able to recommend a property to you.

Once you have identified a Villa - or perhaps you have a short-list - we will confirm availability.

1. Checking Availability
Use the Availability Request form to check that the villa you would like to rent is available on your preferred dates.

We will contact you to confirm availability and check that we have fully noted your requirements. If your chosen villa is not available we will recommend alternative dates and/or an alternative property.

2. Make a Provisional Booking
If you wish to proceed to booking your Villa, you will need to complete a Booking form, this will provide us with your details, details of your party vacation dates, flight arrangements (if applicable) and your chosen payment method. We will confirm the provisional booking within 48 hours of booking form receipt. We will also at this time send to you key Island information including entry requirements.

3. Secure your Booking
You will have seven days in which to make a deposit payment of 50%. Payments can be made by cheque, credit or debit card.

4. Additional Services
You may wish to arrange additional services at the time of booking or prior to your arrival. Additional services include but are not limited to, pre-stocking of your villa (if not already included), groceries, excursions, multi-day tours, wedding services - we can arrange almost anything with sufficient notice. Please provide at least three weeks' notice to ensure we are able to meet your requirements.

5. Paying the Balance
Upon receipt of your deposit a written invoice will be sent to you. The invoice will detail the cost of the accommodation, breakage deposit amount and the cost of additional services you have arranged - less the deposit you have paid.

Payment in full must be made eight weeks prior to your arrival at the Villa. If not received by this date the booking will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

6. Supplementary Charges
Most Villas require a breakage deposit included in the final payment. This will be refunded within the 14 days following your departure provided there were no breakages or damage.

Please note, credit card payments attract a 2% charge

7. Refunds and Financial Protection
Once received, payments are non-refundable without sufficient cancellation notice (please see our Terms & Conditions) - we strongly advise that you purchase travel cancellation insurance as protection. Your payments are protected in the event of our financial failure. This means in the unlikely event of our bankruptcy you will still be able to enjoy the vacation you have booked otherwise the payments you have made will be returned to you.

8. Prepare to Enjoy Your Special Place in the Sun!
Following receipt of the balance we will send you full arrival information - including our Island Services contact details during your stay, Confirmation of your booking arrangements and itinerary.
